USA Pan Reviews

My order from usapan.com was packed well, and as far as I could tell, nothing was damaged. The box had maybe a small dent on one side, but everything inside looked totally fine. They probably could’ve used a little less tape, but overall the packaging was solid.

The pan was fine at first, like it cooked okay and everything, but it scratches way too easily. Way too easily. I only used normal utensils and tried to wash it carefully, but it still started getting marks fast. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. Disappointed...

The pan looked great when I first got it, and I liked the finish right out of the box. But after only a few uses, it started to warp a bit in the middle. It still cooks food okay, but now it doesn’t sit flat on the burner, which is frustrating when it wobbles while I’m trying to make something simple like eggs

It’s not bad, and it does feel decent enough for the most part, but a few pieces feel kind of flimsy. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, just a little annoying when you notice those cheaper-feeling parts.

I was pleased with how evenly my cookies baked—no burnt edges, which is always a win. Overall, it performed well and did exactly what I needed. The only downside is that cleaning it took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

I was disappointed with this. After only a few uses, it started looking stained and discolored, which really shouldn’t happen that fast. I also reached out hoping for some kind of help or explanation, but never got any follow-up, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I even hand washed it every time, so I feel like I took decent care of it. Maybe I just expected too much, but I really thought it would last longer than this.

I grabbed a USA Pan thinking it was going to be one of those solid pans that actually holds up, but nope, this little troublemaker started losing its coating way sooner than it should have. I wasn’t abusing it or anything either, just normal utensils and hand washing like a civilized person.
After only a few months, it already looks beat-up and food sticks way more than it did at first. For what it costs, I expected a lot better, not some flaky diva of a pan. disappointing.

I’ve only used it a bit, but so far it’s been good. Eggs slid around easily, and cleanup was quick, so I’m thinking the nonstick is doing its job. Hopefully it holds up.

So... I was hoping for better since it’s made in the USA. I wanted to like it, but overall I’m a bit disappointed with the quality.

I ordered from usapan.com without really expecting anything special, but it turned out to be a decent experience. The price was better than a lot of other places I looked at, and shipping was about what I’d consider normal. Everything showed up fine, so no complaints there. For what I paid, I feel like it was a good value. I’d probably order again if the prices stay reasonable...

I picked up one of their pans mostly because I liked the shape and the handle. Nice and easy to lift. Not awkward at all. The rim is a small thing, but it really does make pouring less messy.

Cleaning it is easy too. No big story here, just a solid pan with a design that makes cooking feel a little less annoying. Would definitely buy again.

I picked up a pan from USA Pan cleanup has been painless so far 🙂 Most things rinse off really quickly, even after baking cookies or roasting veggies. I still use a soft sponge just to be safe, and it’s not absolutely perfect every single time, but compared to my old pans, it’s a big improvement.

I pretty much assumed right away this pan would be safer to use because there wasn’t any weird coating smell when I heated it up. It feels solid, and I’ve been comfortable cooking with it so far...

I had a little issue and wasn’t really sure how long it would take to get a response, but they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. The person helping me was friendly, actually understood what I was asking, and got everything sorted without making it complicated. Just a really easy, pleasant support experience overall.

My order showed up late, which was annoying. I kept checking the tracking and just had that “why is this so complicated?” reaction the whole time. The item was fine once it arrived, but the shipping experience definitely could’ve been smoother.

I’ve been using my USA Pan for a while and really liked it, so when I ran into a warranty issue, I figured I’d reach out and see what they could do. They did get back to me, and to be fair, they helped resolve it in the end. It just wasn’t the quickest process. There were a few more emails back and forth than I expected, and at times it felt like I was waiting around more than I should’ve been. Overall, the product itself is solid and I’d still say I’m happy with the pan. I just wish the support side had been a little smoother and faster.

I ordered my usual size because that’s what I always wear, and I even checked the size chart first, so I don’t feel like this was on me. It still ended up being way too tight. Frustrating, honestly.
